Incorporated in 1973, 24 Hour OPTCC is a 501c3 organization that services the entire family by providing child development services and emergency shelter.

Description
The 24 Hour OPTCC, is a non-profit community oriented organization dedicated to early childhood development. It's unique approach of dealing with entire family has given us a reputation of "truly concerned and acceptable". Our multi-cultural staff ensures we meet the needs of all Oakland residents.

We offer two child development centers.  

Children ages 4-6:                      3500 East 9th 

Children 24 months to 3 year:   4700 International
